Hi! I'm Jilna Shukla, I'm a 29 year old Indian, Kenyan, Ugandan Brit living in East London. I'm an aspiring Public Health Doctor working in Sexual and Reproductive Health, a Photographer, Short Story Writer and a Craft Maker.
I've grown up in London and Hertfordshire and completed my medical degree at the University of Southampton. During my course I intercalated at Bristol University in Medical Humanities (english, history and philosophy).
I'm started exploring my creative side and now I'm ready to share it with you.
I'm still finding my feet in the world of photography but love taking portraits and especially portraits of people in unusual settings. I'm starting out with a kickstarter project with hopes to putting on an exhibition in September this year.
I'd love to hear from you and what you think about my work. If there's anything you want to share you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the contact page.
